As an Employee Relations Consultant (Investigations & Case Management), you will play a key role in supporting and managing employee relations matters, including investigations, misconduct, performance, and grievances, while working closely with People & Culture partners.
This is not a generalist role.
This is a hands-on ER position focused on building your capability across investigations, Fair Work compliance and case management.
